Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy

For Tickets

There are no cancellations or refunds for tickets purchased to a One Voice Mixed Chorus event. All sales are final. You may exchange your tickets to a different date/time for the same concert only if you notify OVMC 48 hours prior to the event. In addition, tickets must be received by OVMC (PO Box 2290, Minneapolis MN  55402) at least 24 hours prior to the event for the exchange to be completed (please consider time for delivery). You may also donate your tickets, following the same rules as exchanges.

For Merchandise

All sales are final and there are no refunds. However, if within 30 days of the shipping date you discover your merchandise to be faulty, you may return it to OVMC (PO Box 2290, Minneapolis MN  55402) for a replacement, if available. Please include information on the problem as well as where to ship the replacement item(s). Returns made after 30 days of the shipping date will not be honored.
