Building Bridges CD Release
One Voice is making a difference – in our lives, within the GLBT community and for lasting societal change. During 2004-2005, One Voice put this mission into practice.
Our lives were changed through collaborations with the Twin Cities’ Community Gospel Choir, Rural Aids Action Network, the Minnesota Philharmonic Orchestra, and several St. Paul high-school choirs. Our January 2005 Building Bridges concert with Kairos Dance Theatre, incorporated music and stories from our fall collaborations and northern MN outreach tour.

Songs of the Soul
One Voice is excited to present our first CD, Songs of the Soul. This collection of recordings had its birth at a One Voice concert in January 2000. The concert, also entitled Songs of the Soul, was a weaving of songs inspired by a variety of spiritual traditions and yearnings of the soul. While many of the CD selections come from that original concert, other recordings from the past five years of OVMC history have also been incorporated. The music and poetry of these pieces speak to the deepest stirrings of the soul and were favorites of audience members as well singers.
