Looking to get involved and make it count? One Voice is building on over 20 years of experience working on important social justice issues. We reach nearly 10,000 audience members annually and are always looking to extend our reach.

We put our passion into action and lead by example. Will you? We need leaders to help us build community and create social change.

Board executive: Co-chair

The Board Co-chair position is an Officer of the corporation.

The Co-chair works closely with the staff, executive committee, and board to strategically lead the organization, guide decision-making, and set the organization's strategy. See the job description for more information.

Board executive: Secretary

The Secretary position is an Officer of the corporation.

The Secretary keeps all official records for the board of directors. This role is also responsible for maintaining the board manual, policies, and for important communications to the membership.

Board Member - At Large

We are always succession planning and welcome candidates of all backgrounds and interests to apply.

Our recruiting process is simple! We will tell you about the role and explain the commitments and expectations. Then you actually get to "preview" the role by attending meetings and meeting our team, without any commitment. If you like what you see, you apply for board membership, at which point the board will conduct a formal [yet friendly] interview. All board appointments require a vote and approval by the board, at which point we welcome you to the leadership team.
